1. What are the general rules of conduct?
You should note that Boardhost very kindly supply these boards free of charge.
They do NOT allow :
a) racism or hatred
b) verbal abuse or bullying
c) profanity
d) posting of pornographic content (including fetish)

e) promotion of commercial websites or services (fashion related or otherwise)
f) "chatting" - (for that, go HERE)
g) posting of passwords to other sites
h) political correctness/snobbery
i) any other form of poor conduct
Please be polite and respectful to other posters.
Posts should be fashion related but it is accepted of course that some threads may go off-topic.
2. How can I include a link to another site in my
post?
To create a link, you'll need to enter the full URL in the "Optional Link
URL" box.
An example of a URL is http://www.website.com
You must include the http:// prefix, or the URL will not work.
3. How can I post an image from another website?
Firstly you should be aware that hotlinking to an image on another website can be construed as stealing bandwidth.
If the filesize of the image is, say, less than 100kb and it is not hosted on a graphics intensive website it is probably OK to link the image.
Load the image in your browser.
Then highlight the URL in the address bar. Right click. Click copy.
Then paste the URL into the "Optional Image URL" box
on the messageboard.
An example of an image URL is http://www.whatever the URL is for model.jpg.
Fashion Magazine Discussion
Many free webspace hosts do not allow you to remotely link to their images.
Therefore it's possible your image will not show up even if you do everything right.
If this happens (or if you feel you shouldn't hotlink it anyway) you may wish to
save the image to your hard drive and use the Image Uploader (see 5) below.
4. How can I include multiple images in a single post?
If you want to post, for example, four images in a single post then copy and paste the following coding into the
message field of your post.
<A href="http://www.whatever the URL is for 1st Model.jpg">Model 1</a>
<A href="http://www.whatever the URL is for 2nd Model.jpg">Model 2</a>
<A href="http://www.whatever the URL is for 3rd Model.jpg">Model 3</a>
<A href="http://www.whatever the URL is for 4th Model.jpg">Model 4</a>
Obviously you'll need to replace these demonstration URL's (the bits contained within the inverted comma's)
with the real URL's.
Use the Preview option before you post it to check that it's worked.
In this particular example four clickable links to the pictures would be displayed.
5. I have an image on my hard drive that
I would like to post. How can I post it to the messageboard?
If your own webspace does not allow direct linking you can use the Image Uploader.
6. I posted a message on the board and it's not
showing up. What's going on?
You need to hit the reload/refresh button on your browser.
